I am lucky to have a very talented team with me. One of the hardest thing to do for me as a first-time CEO & Founder is knowing when and how to be fierce. You know, having these hard (and even harsh) conversation.
Being fierce is hard, because it makes me feel uncomfortable about how my team will feel. But being fierce is a necessary evil to move forward. No one talks about this better than Jerry Colonna one of the most influential coaches I have ever listened.
When in doubt, I always watch it. It has proven very useful for me, and it might very well be the same for you in the future.
